Dance for the Joy of it!
Christine Peringer leads Monday evening dance events, 1.5 hours of free-form dance to a wide range of energizing music. Wear clothes that allow you to move. Dance in bare feet or shoes. Bring a water bottle. Mats are provided. Christine has a Nia white belt and is an aerobics instructor and belly dancer. Info: 613-259-2073.
